1. Who we are

apikee ("we", "us") provides open-source SDKs and a managed developer platform at apikee.dev. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website, SDKs and platform.

2. Data we collect

• • Account data — email, organization name, billing details when you sign up for the platform.
• • Usage data — API requests routed through the platform (endpoint, status code, latency, client ID). We do not store request payloads.
• • Telemetry — anonymous SDK version pings to help us prioritize support. Can be disabled with APIKEE_TELEMETRY=0.
• • Cookies — session cookies on apikee.dev. No third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To operate the platform, bill you accurately, prevent abuse, and improve the SDKs. We do not sell personal data.

4. Subprocessors

We use a small number of vetted providers (cloud hosting, payments, transactional email). The current list is published at apikee.dev/legal/subprocessors.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@apikee.dev.
